Project Manager (Bit-Monitoring)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will own execution of cross-functional projects — from planning and coordination to delivery and measurable results.

This role focuses on structure, predictability, and execution quality in a fast-growing, product-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

Own end-to-end delivery of projects: scope, timelines, milestones, and execution
Break down high-level goals into clear tasks, priorities, and deliverables
Ensure deadlines, scope, and quality standards are met
Manage multiple projects and workstreams in parallel

Cross-Functional Coordination

Coordinate work across product, engineering, design, marketing, analytics, and operations teams
Act as a single point of alignment between stakeholders
Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers and proactively resolve them

Processes & Documentation

Build and maintain clear project workflows and delivery processes
Own project documentation, task tracking, and status reporting
Improve processes to increase delivery speed, transparency, and predictability

Stakeholder Communication

Communicate progress, risks, and results to stakeholders and leadership
Facilitate planning sessions, syncs, and retrospectives
Ensure expectations are aligned across teams

Quality & Delivery Control

Track delivery metrics and execution KPIs
Ensure high-quality outcomes and proper handover between teams
Support continuous improvement through post-launch analysis and feedback

Requirements

Experience in fintech, crypto, Web3
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
Strong organizational and planning skills
Ability to structure ambiguous tasks and bring clarity
Experience working with Agile or hybrid project management approaches
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a remote, international team
English B2/C1 — able to communicate with global stakeholders
