We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will own execution of cross-functional projects — from planning and coordination to delivery and measurable results.

This role focuses on structure, predictability, and execution quality in a fast-growing, product-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

  • Own end-to-end delivery of projects: scope, timelines, milestones, and execution
  • Break down high-level goals into clear tasks, priorities, and deliverables
  • Ensure deadlines, scope, and quality standards are met
  • Manage multiple projects and workstreams in parallel

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate work across product, engineering, design, marketing, analytics, and operations teams
  • Act as a single point of alignment between stakeholders
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers and proactively resolve them

Processes & Documentation

  • Build and maintain clear project workflows and delivery processes
  • Own project documentation, task tracking, and status reporting
  • Improve processes to increase delivery speed, transparency, and predictability

Stakeholder Communication

  • Communicate progress, risks, and results to stakeholders and leadership
  • Facilitate planning sessions, syncs, and retrospectives
  • Ensure expectations are aligned across teams

Quality & Delivery Control

  • Track delivery metrics and execution KPIs
  • Ensure high-quality outcomes and proper handover between teams
  • Support continuous improvement through post-launch analysis and feedback

Requirements

  • Experience in fintech, crypto, Web3
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to structure ambiguous tasks and bring clarity
  • Experience working with Agile or hybrid project management approaches
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a remote, international team
  • English B2/C1 — able to communicate with global stakeholders
