GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduated from universities, preferably from Engineering, Econometrics, Economics, or Statistics departments,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing and CRM applications,
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
- Experience in data analysis, generating data-driven commercial outputs, and providing insights and forecasts,
- Advanced reporting, analytical, and presentation skills,
- Knowledge of statistical tools such as SAS, SPSS, KNIME, etc.,
- Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python or R, and willingness to further develop skills in this area,
- Proficient in SQL,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English,
- Proficient in MS Office applications,
- Research-oriented, eager to learn and continuously improve,
- Innovative and closely following trends,
- High sense of responsibility.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Designing campaigns supported by data analysis and feasibility studies to achieve sales targets; conducting category and brand sales analyses and developing tailored recommendations,
- Managing marketing activities to maximize customer engagement and ensuring optimal results from CRM campaigns,
- Creating, implementing, and monitoring CRM and marketing actions aimed at acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones,
- Tracking trends and innovations in CRM and Marketing, and adapting them to the responsible area of work in alignment with customer segments and segment strategies, with the goal of delivering above-standard business outcomes,
- Deriving and presenting actionable insights to improve business processes from structured and unstructured data collected across databases, websites, mobile apps, loyalty programs, call centers, social media, and third-party channels,
- Synthesizing and interpreting data and customer insights to develop effective marketing strategies,
- Monitoring customer expectations, satisfaction levels, and behavioral trends through market and customer research,
- Managing target audience selection and coordinating communication processes for CRM communications such as SMS, email, and push notifications,
- Understanding and analyzing complex analyses involving large datasets and multiple variables,
- Conducting segmentation activities based on customer shopping behavior and demographic data,
- Developing basket growth and cross-selling campaigns for macro and micro customer segments defined under the RFM framework,
- Performing target audience analyses specific to campaigns,
- Designing models such as product preference propensity, churn, and similar analytical models,
- Supporting the CRM Marketing and Analytics Group Manager in managing data and campaign partnerships with third parties (banks, telecommunications companies, campaign platforms, etc.).
