Data Analyst

As the Company is expanding here in Lithuania and looking for a Data Analyst, we are excited to find out if it is you who will join the ambitious PAYSTRAX team in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Job description:

• Analyse structured and unstructured data to uncover trends, insights, and patterns.
• Collaborate with business units to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Transform company’s business requirements into the requirements for developers.
• Design and document solutions and data structures, incorporate internal and external requirements in the solution design.
• Maintain a data dictionary and metadata repository for the organisation.
• Develop and enforce data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
• Review, interpret and respond to detailed business requirements specifications (BRS) to support the business in using data to drive decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as Data analyst.
• Understanding of data governance concepts, such as data ownership, data lineage, and data classification
• Knowledge in preparing functional/non-functional requirements.
• Strong knowledge in SQL.
• Demonstrated organisation, facilitation, written and oral communication, and presentation skills.
