Join Our Team as an IT Project Manager!

Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and coordinating ongoing software projects.
• Executing project milestones, monitoring project progress, meeting deadlines, and promptly updating stakeholders.
• Collaborating closely with development teams and demonstrating a solid understanding of the software development process.
• Planning project tasks and activities.
• Engaging with external clients, managing communication, and conducting negotiations.
• Assessing the risks associated with project activities.
• Conducting regular reviews of project progress and identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
• Ensuring on-time project deliveries and managing budgets.
• Collaborating effectively with the assigned team by coordinating tasks, prioritizing activities, and managing communications.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in software project management.
• A proven track record of working closely with development teams and a strong understanding of the software development process.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and negotiation.
• Project management certification would be a plus (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, CAPM, Prince2, or equivalent).
• Technical background is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English at the B1 level.
