- Identifies market patterns and converts insights into actionable trading signals, validating them through robust back testing and performance evaluation.
- Collaborates closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop innovative solutions for automated trading in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Stays ahead of emerging trends, technologies, and market developments in the crypto space, applying these insights to continuously improve strategies and systems.
- Takes ownership of research and production pipelines, contributing directly to the firm's global trading performance.
