Responsibilities:

• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
• As per provided JDs search talent from external sources (CV portals, social Media).
• Match candidates as per given criteria and negotiate the T&Cs.
• Engage candidates to win the candidate’s commitments throughout hiring and mobilization process.
• Develop an effective talent pool for various positions to meet the urgent requirements.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Support Team Leader / Specialist in the development and implement effective onboarding plans.
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in the full recruitment life cycle, including preparing JDs, posting, and managing applicant tracking systems.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in using CV databases, professional networking sites (like LinkedIn), and social media for active candidate search.
• Strong ability to negotiate compensation, terms and conditions (T&Cs), and closing offers with candidates.
• Excellent behavioral and competency-based interviewing skills.
