A rare opportunity to step into a Director role within an established Web3 token launch platform and take full ownership of its commercial growth.


This is a founder-style position for a commercially elite crypto operator who wants autonomy, influence, and direct upside.


You will run launches, originate deals, build partnerships, and scale revenue across the global crypto ecosystem. This is not a corporate salary role. This is for someone who wants ownership, market visibility, and serious earning potential tied directly to performance.


The Role

As Managing Director, you will own the entire commercial engine of the business. You will be responsible for sourcing high-quality Web3 projects, structuring launch deals, and running token launches end to end across listings, liquidity, community, and distribution.


You will also lead all partner and ecosystem relationships and act as the public face of the platform across the global crypto ecosystem.


Your mandate includes:

  • Project sourcing and deal origination
  • Token launch execution and delivery
  • Partner and ecosystem relationships
  • Revenue growth and commercial performance
  • Market positioning and visibility


You will operate with full autonomy and accountability.


The Company

Our client is an established crypto launch platform with a strong operating track record and deep ecosystem footprint.


The business supports Web3 founders in bringing tokens to market through structured launches, mature infrastructure, and global distribution.


With proven deal flow and a respected market position, the platform is now entering its next phase of growth and is hiring a Managing Director to lead that expansion.


The Candidate

This role is for a true crypto operator.


You have a strong understanding of token markets, launches, and Web3 business models. You bring an existing network across founders, funds, and ecosystem operators and a proven background in business development, partnerships, or deal-making within crypto.


You are:

  • Commercially driven with strong deal instincts
  • Highly relationship-led and ecosystem-native
  • Comfortable operating independently and building from scratch
  • Confident representing a platform on the global events circuit


You are Dubai-based or willing to relocate independently and motivated by ownership, upside, and scale.
