Role Overview:

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines, quality standards, and within budget. This includes acquiring resources, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and managing all activities across the project lifecycle. The role also oversees research and development (R&D) efforts to integrate the latest technologies and innovations into projects, ensuring strategic alignment and long-term value for the organization.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Manages the full project lifecycle—from initiation to completion—including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
  • Directs and supports R&D initiatives, ensuring that systems, processes, and deliverables are aligned with the latest industry advancements and business requirements.
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Leads project scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Maintains project documentation, status reports, and communicates progress and risks to senior leadership.
  • Ensures all projects adhere to quality standards, compliance regulations, and project governance guidelines.
  • Reviews and validates RFPs and other project-related documentation for alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Identifies, assesses, and monitors project risks, and implements mitigation strategies accordingly.
  • Acts as a key point of contact for all project-related communications, facilitating alignment across teams.
  • Drives continuous improvement and change management efforts in project execution and stakeholder engagement.
  • Integrates change management into project plans to ensure smooth transition and acceptance of new processes or technologies.


Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, including R&D or strategic project initiatives
  • Experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects in a complex environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
  • Master’s Degree or MBA (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMP, etc.)
  • Certification in Change Management (preferred)
  • Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Asana, etc.)
  • Budgeting and cost control expertise
  • Excellent risk assessment and mitigation planning
  • Change management and stakeholder communication skills
  • Understanding of quality assurance standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
