Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, deployment, and maintenance of Juniper Mist wireless and wired enterprise networks.
- Execute network projects in line with approved designs, standards, and delivery timelines.
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into scalable, Mist-driven network architectures.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and project teams to ensure end-to-end implementation and operational readiness.
- Provide technical support during implementation, migration, and post-deployment phases.
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and proactive optimization using Juniper Mist AI insights.
- Prepare and maintain network documentation, operational reports, and configuration records.
- Conduct pre- and post-deployment wireless heatmap surveys to validate coverage, capacity, and performance.
- Juniper Mist Certification (JNCIA-Mist / JNCIS-Mist or equivalent) certification.
- Juniper Enterprise Routing & Switching Certification (JNCIA / JNCIS or equivalent) certification.
- Hands-on experience with Juniper Mist Wireless (Wi-Fi 6/6E), switching, and cloud-based management.
- Strong understanding of enterprise wireless design, RF principles, and network troubleshooting.
- Solid knowledge of networking concepts, standards, and protocols.
- Ability to work independently in project-based environments.
- Good communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
