Are you a seasoned HR professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring accuracy and compliance? Join Sepal as an Evaluator/Reviewer, where you'll leverage your deep expertise to assess task submissions, ensuring they meet professional standards and real-world applicability.
The Role
• Evaluate task submissions requiring specialized HR domain knowledge with precision and accuracy.
• Validate factual accuracy, terminology, and real-world applicability of content.
• Ensure outputs remain within scope, avoiding unsafe, misleading, or non-compliant guidance.
• Provide precise, educational feedback grounded in both guidelines and domain expertise.
• Identify high-risk errors related to safety or ethics and escalate ambiguous issues effectively.
What You'll Need
• 5+ years of professional practice in Human Resources, demonstrating a deep understanding of the field.
• Advanced degree, professional certification, or equivalent experience in a relevant HR field.
• Proven track record in evaluation, auditing, supervision, or a background in teaching and mentoring professional work.
• Strong understanding of professional boundaries, risk, and compliance within HR regulations.
• Excellent written communication skills suitable for providing formal, technical feedback.
