We're seeking an innovative data professional to analyze large datasets, uncover insights, and drive product success. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to develop experiments, define key metrics, and optimize processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop hypotheses and analyze trends
- Design and analyze experiments
- Define data specs and consolidate data sources
- Track key metrics and recommend improvements
- Work with stakeholders to automate and enhance processes
Requirements:
- 1-3 years in data analytics, preferably in mapping, ride-hailing, or delivery
- Strong statistical, SQL, and scripting skills (Python/R)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
- Data pipeline development experience
- Problem-solving and effective communication skills
- Self-motivated and independent worker
