Santcore Technologies has partnered with the world’s leading provider of secure financial messaging services in their search for a Junior Developer / Programmer to support various initiatives across the organization. This role will focus heavily on backend development, security-related systems, and preparing existing and upcoming applications for post-quantum technology readiness.

The selected candidate will act as a “jack of all trades” developer, often being lent to different internal teams as a technical extension or helping hand. In some cases, the candidate may also be asked to build shared frameworks that can be reused across multiple departments, rather than each team sourcing their own developer for new programs or initiatives.

One specific area where this role may contribute is the post-quantum cryptography arena.

Required Technical Skills (2–3 years preferred in ALL areas)

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the following:

1. RHEL / Unix
2. C++
3. Java
4. PKI (Public Key Infrastructure)
5. Python scripting

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience working in a Quantum Cryptography environment.

Note:

• This role is not cloud-focused
• Candidates with strong backend experience (rather than frontend or cloud-heavy profiles) will be a better fit.

Work Arrangement
