About The Opportunity

The team delivers actionable dashboards, automated reporting, and measurement frameworks that improve product metrics, customer retention, and revenue performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and optimize SQL-based reports and dashboards to support product, marketing, and operations stakeholders.
- Translate business questions into analytical frameworks, define KPIs, and produce clear, actionable insights backed by data.
- Design and validate ETL/data-pipeline logic; partner with engineering to ensure data quality and reliability.
- Develop and maintain interactive visualizations in Tableau or Power BI for weekly and executive reporting.
- Run ad-hoc analyses and A/B test evaluations to inform feature prioritization and go-to-market decisions.
- Document data definitions, maintain reporting playbooks, and mentor colleagues on measurement best practices.

- 3+ years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a closely related role supporting SaaS or product teams.
- Proven track record delivering dashboards and analytical products used by cross-functional teams and executives.
- Strong analytical reasoning, with experience designing experiments and interpreting statistical results.
