Role

Build and own the web platform that brings our AI agents to life. You’ll develop the user-facing applications, role-based access controls, and core backend services that enable teams to securely use AI agents on live construction projects.

This role sits at the intersection of product, security, and AI infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain web applications (dashboards, workflows, admin panels)
• Implement role-based access control (RBAC) across projects, teams, and agents
• Design and develop backend APIs that connect AI services to the product
• Integrate with authentication, permissions, and audit logging systems
• Own GitHub workflows, code reviews, branching strategies, and CI pipelines
• Collaborate closely with AI, ML, and MLOps engineers to ship end-to-end features
• Ensure the platform is secure, scalable, and production-ready

What You Bring

• Strong experience with modern web stacks (React / Next.js, Node.js / Python, REST APIs)
• Experience implementing RBAC and multi-tenant SaaS architectures
• Solid understanding of databases (Postgres, NoSQL)
• Comfort with GitHub, CI/CD, and code quality practices
• Experience building enterprise-grade web applications

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-powered products or data-heavy platforms
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS)
• Exposure to security best practices (OAuth, SSO, secrets management)
• Experience working in early-stage startups
