Job Purpose

The Project Manager will lead and deliver digital initiatives within Corporate Banking by working closely with business teams and cross functional stakeholders. The role involves market intelligence gathering, independent research, end to end project coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of products and enhancements, while maintaining regulatory and compliance alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of corporate banking initiatives from concept to launch, including post‑implementation review.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and success metrics in alignment with business goals.
• Work closely with Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking, and Product teams to understand business requirements and strategic priorities.
• Gather market intelligence on industry trends, competitor offerings, fintech solutions, and customer expectations within corporate banking.
• Conduct independent research and analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and potential enhancements to existing and new products.
• Drive product and process transformation initiatives through digitization across segments to achieve business targets, enhance customer experience (UI/UX), improve complaint management, ensure compliance, and support profitability.
• Continuously identify transformation opportunities within manual processes and reporting, and prepare detailed business requirements in coordination with IT, Risk, Operations, PMO, and other business teams.
• Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, incorporating best‑in‑class requirements through regular competitive analysis.
• Ensure timely execution of initiatives, including coordination across stakeholders, UAT, and post‑production verification in conjunction with IT and PMO teams.
• Prepare and present regular project status updates, dashboards, and escalation reports to senior management.
• Act as the central coordination point across all internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all initiatives comply with data privacy standards, regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk frameworks.
• Monitor post‑implementation performance, adoption, and customer feedback.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor in Business Administration along with Bachelors in Engineering.
• Strong excel and analytical skills (Data Warehouse and Analytical tools experience is good to have)
• Project Management
  
  

Minimum Experience

• 5 years in corporate banking & Transaction Banking transformation Projects.
  
  

Knowledge, & Other Skills

• Advanced English communication skills – verbal and written
• Advanced excel skills (VBA & macros, Advanced formulae etc.)
• Advanced MSOffice skills – PowerPoint, Word etc.
• Strong project management skills
