Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)

Who we are - Building on a legacy of digital media expertise and innovation, RealNetworks has created various platforms which enhance security and customer engagement for mobile operators through real-time analysis of SMS, MMS, and voice calls. RealNetworks also offers anti-fraud tools for voice calls and fully managed Ringback Tone services to improve user experience and reduce churn for carriers.

Your role

• You will join a small, hybrid software development team with expertise in various areas, including Java back-end development with Spring, native Android and iOS apps and SDKs, and responsive single-page web applications using Angular and TypeScript.
• You will facilitate your team's communication, including daily stand-up meetings, prioritize tasks, clarify requirements, and ensure developers can work without impediments.
• You will create project schedules and resource plans and define project scope and goals.
• You will support product owners in defining requirements, build product knowledge, and provide input to shape the future of our portfolio.
• You will act as a point of contact for our customers.

What We Are Looking For (Must Haves)

• A solid background in a professional software development environment.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• A great team player mentality and excellent people skills.

Additional Things We Consider (Nice to Haves)

• Experience in either Scrum or Kanban (e.g. as Product Owner, Scrum Master, ...)
• Project management experience
• A good understanding of software architecture, development and related processes.

The minimum salary for this position, according to the Austrian collective bargaining agreement, is EUR 4.346,00 per month for a full-time employment. Depending on professional experience and/or qualifications, your actual salary is intended to be significantly higher.
