Key Accountabilities & Support Actions:-

Fulfilment Experience Development

  • Design and implement a seamless, B2C-like fulfillment experience for B2B customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of building materials.

Persona-Centric Problem Solving

  • Conduct in-depth studies of various personas (sellers, category managers, logistics partners) to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prioritize problems based on impact and feasibility, developing tailored solutions for each persona.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and Cross-Functional Collaboration operations teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of supply chain solutions.
