The Vice President of Application Development oversees global Back-End Engineering, Front-End Engineering, and DevOps, leading an organization of ~200 engineers across multiple geographies and technologies. What you'll do
- Lead global engineering teams across .NET, Java, C++, PHP, Python, React, Node.js, Vue.js, Angular, and DevOps.
- Oversee delivery quality, execution excellence, and enterprise-grade engineering outcomes.
- Manage utilization, bench, staffing strategies, and operating margin.
- Grow and mentor engineering managers, architects, and technical leaders.
- Define engineering standards, development methodologies, and modern delivery frameworks.
- Partner with Sales and Delivery for pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal development.
- Serve as an executive-level client partner, guiding engagements and building trust.
- Ensure successful execution of large, complex engineering programs.
- Drive a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- 15+ years leading large-scale engineering organizations.
- Managed 150+ global staff across multi-technology teams.
- Expertise in cloud, DevOps, modern SDLC, and engineering best practices.
- Strong communication, executive presence, and stakeholder influence.
- Experience with pre-sales and shaping technical solutions.
