C# Developers

Up to £110,000 depending on experience

Hybrid working, London office presence

We’re looking for talented C# Developers who want to build technology that genuinely improves people’s lives. You’ll be part of a team developing secure, scalable software that supports the delivery of outstanding healthcare experiences across the UK.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing, developing, and maintaining backend services using C# / .NET Core and cloud technologies.
• Contributing to the full product lifecycle, from concept and architecture through to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to translate real‑world healthcare challenges into elegant technical solutions.
• Owning the reliability, performance, and scalability of your code in production environments.
• Helping shape technical strategy and mentoring other engineers to raise the overall engineering standard.

Tech environment

Our platform is built around C# (.NET Core), Kubernetes, and SQL, with modern front‑end frameworks driving user experience. We’re continually learning and evolving our stack as our products and customers grow.

What we’re looking for

• Solid experience building production software in C# (or a comparable language such as Java).
• A strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and clean architecture principles.
• Exposure to agile, cross‑functional product teams where user value drives technical decisions.
• Ideally, experience working within the HealthTech sector — or on software used by clinicians, patients, or healthcare partners.
• A continuous improvement mindset and a collaborative, problem‑solving approach.
