About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized People Operations Assistant to support our growing team in Brazil. This role is focused on providing day-to-day operational and administrative support to the People Operations LatAm function.

You will play an important role in ensuring smooth HR processes, accurate data management, and a well-organized office environment, while contributing to a positive employee experience across the region.

In addition to local responsibilities, you will collaborate with our International People Operations team, supporting global initiatives when needed.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support admissions, onboarding, and offboarding processes (medical exams, documentation, system updates)
  • Assist with employee documentation and ensure compliance with Brazilian labor requirements
  • Support facilities and office management activities, assisting with day-to-day office operations and logistical needs
  • Support equipment, swag, uniforms, and onboarding kit organization and tracking
  • Assist with purchase requests, payments, and invoice follow-ups in coordination with Finance
  • Help with internal events, celebrations, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Keep HR spreadsheets, trackers, and internal systems up to date and accurate
  • Provide first-level support to LatAm-based employees and internal stakeholders
  • Support the Junior People Operations Specialist with routine administrative and operational tasks
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture, both in-office and through internal initiatives

What You'll Bring

  • Degree in HR, Business or Psychology is preferred
  • At least 1+ year of experience as a HR Intern / Assistant
  • Basic knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and HR administrative processes
  • Comfortable working in a support role, with strong attention to detail and organization
  • Effective stakeholder management, relationship-building, and consulting expertise
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, Spanish is desirable
  • Availability to work from the office in São Paulo, SP (Butantã)
  • Strong data management and spreadsheet skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
