Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and ability to adapt them to non-traditional sprint cycles.
• Familiarity with modern development practices and emerging trends.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for managing workflows and tasks.
• Knowledge of GitHub and version control processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills; ability to act as a bridge between technical and business teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in environments using .NET/C#, React, Azure Services, and containerization tools like Docker.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Exposure to 3D visualization technologies or maritime industry solutions.
