We're hiring: Tech Scrum Master | London (Hybrid)

Help us launch a new subscription product that matters.

We're building something real, a new consumer product launching by summer. This is a lean, talented team working at pace to ship. We need someone who can own the agile process and keep us moving fast without adding bureaucracy.

If you see blockers before they become problems and actually enjoy the intensity of launching something new, this could be exactly what you're looking for.

What you'll do:

• Facilitate the ceremonies that matter, skip the ones that don't
• Unblock developers, designers, and PMs so they can focus on building
• Keep the backlog sane and priorities crystal clear
• Track velocity and capacity to keep us honest about hitting our April/May target
• Bridge communication across teams and with external partners

You're a good fit if you:

• Have shipped consumer-facing software with product teams
• JIRA expertise, not just familiar with it, but can configure boards, automate workflows, and pull insights without IT support
• Understand agile frameworks deeply enough to know when to bend them
• Use data to remove friction, not just fill dashboards
• See around corners, proactive, sharp, quick to act
• Thrive in ambiguity and move fast when things are still being figured out
• Bring structure and transparency without slowing teams down

Bonus points:

• Experience with external dev partners or distributed teams
• Background in subscription services, consumer apps, or digital products
• Scrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent), though we care more about what you've done

📍 Location: London (Hybrid)

⏳ Duration: 6 months (there's a real launch date and we need you for it)
