Job Title: Project Manager (Architecture & Urban Planning) – Full-Time
Location: Remote
Hours: Part-time to start → transition to full-time within 2 weeks
Role Overview
Our client company is a US-based company. They are seeking a sharp, proactive Project Manager to support architecture, urban planning, and hospitality/public building projects. This role acts as the central point of coordination between clients, designers, and general contractors to ensure projects stay on track, on time, and aligned with scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary communication link between clients, designers, and general contractors
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
- Follow up with contractors and consultants on task progress and outstanding items
- Ensure project execution aligns with plans, scope, and deadlines
- Identify risks, delays, or issues early and escalate appropriately
- Provide clear status updates, process documentation, and feedback reports to the business owner
- Maintain organized records of communications, timelines, and project documentation
Qualifications
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of contractor-related tasks (construction workflows, timelines, deliverables)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
- Intermediate proficiency in Canva
- Prior experience in architecture, construction, urban planning, or hospitality projects is a strong plus
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Canva
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in architecture, urban planning, construction, hospitality, or public building projects
- Experience working with design teams and general contractors
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar)
- Experience supporting founders or business owners in a client-facing project management role
- Ability to transition quickly from part-time to full-time in a fast-moving environment
Additional Information:
- Start part-time, with a planned transition to full-time within 2 weeks based on performance
- Fully remote, working closely with the business owner and project stakeholders such as designers and general contractors.
