Reporting to the Head of Content APJ (fantastic leadership skills & career background), you will play a pivotal role in managing agency partnerships and ensuring seamless delivery of content and event programs across JAPAC for their new market-leading AI product suite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with content and event agencies across JAPAC, guiding them on expectations, processes, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Oversee project management for campaigns and events, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met & ensure clear SLAs, QA checkpoints, and smooth handoffs from intake to execution.
  • Implement and optimise operational workflows, SOPs, and SLAs
  • Monitor budgets, validate POs and invoices, and provide KPI reporting
  • Serve as the central point of contact for agencies, resolving escalations and ensuring quality standards
  • Provide accurate KPI data (velocity, quality, ROI, efficiency) to leadership dashboards


Experience Required

  • 5+ years’ experience managing agencies, content operations, or marketing operations, ideally in a regional or global context within SAAS organisations ideally (not essential).
  • Strong project management skills: planning, tracking, and delivering on deadlines, with the ability to guide agencies and internal stakeholders
  • Experience implementing SOPs, managing SLAs, and optimising operational workflows
  • Proven budget management skills, including PO validation, invoice review, and financial reporting
  • Familiarity with project management tools, content management systems, asset libraries, and event technology platforms
  • Ability to track KPIs, analyse performance data, and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Soft Skills: proactive problem-solver, calm under pressure, detail-oriented, adaptable, collaborative, and values-driven
