As a Marketing Data Analyst you will play a pivotal role in elevating Swyftx’s marketing effectiveness. You aren’t just crunching numbers; you are building the centralised measurement system that guides our future marketing investments.
You will be the bridge between complex data science and actionable marketing strategy. By supporting Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), refining digital attribution, and delivering clear insights, you will help our team understand exactly how our channels perform across different regions and how to optimize for growth.
Success in this role looks like
- A Scalable Foundation: Establishing a reliable analytics environment that clarifies channel contributions across all regions.
- Future-Proofed Strategy: Enabling Swyftx to adopt modern, future-proofed attribution and measurement approaches.
- Actionable Clarity: Delivering accurate, intuitive insights that empower the marketing team and the wider business to make bolder, data-backed decisions.
What you'll do:
- MMM & Attribution: Support the development and refinement of our Marketing Mix Model and build digital attribution frameworks that complement MMM outputs.
- Centralised Measurement: Build and maintain an environment that consolidates data across paid, owned, and earned channels for global consistency.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with Marketing, Product, Data, and Finance to clarify investment efficiency and incremental contribution.
- Experimentation: Support the design of A/B tests, geo-tests, and incrementality studies to validate assumptions and strengthen causality.
- Visualising Performance: Produce clear, intuitive dashboards and reporting frameworks using tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Governance & Privacy: Ensure all measurement processes align with Swyftx’s governance, privacy requirements, and data-handling standards.
What you’ll bring:
- The Experience: A background in data analytics, marketing science, or econometrics within a high-growth organization.
- The Technical Stack: Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R. You have hands-on experience with marketing data pipelines and visualization tools.
- Domain Expertise: A strong understanding of MMM, multivariate statistical modeling, and the modern ad-tech ecosystem (Google, Meta, programmatic, and mobile attribution tools).
- The "Translator" Ability: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to turn complex technical data into simple, compelling narratives for stakeholders.
- The Mindset: A proactive, solutions-oriented approach—comfortable identifying problems and driving continuous optimization.
