Position Overview

We are seeking an extremely organized, schedule-driven Project & Operations Manager to join our talent network. In this role, you will be the primary driver of the production pipeline, ensuring every task, deliverable, and deadline is completed accurately and on time. You will oversee a high-volume workflow, managing team members and reviewing work to keep the entire operation tightly coordinated.

While the core focus is on event and creative deliverables, we are looking for a versatile manager who excels at process, accountability, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Architecture: Build and manage comprehensive project timelines and production schedules.

• Team Accountability: Assign tasks to team members and hold them accountable to strict deadlines.

• Workflow Oversight: Manage the end-to-end production pipeline for all creative and operational assets.

• Quality Control: Review and QC all deliverables for accuracy, brand compliance, and high standards.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Track all deliverables across creative, marketing, operations, and external vendor partners.

• System Optimization: Maintain and optimize structured task management systems (Monday.com or similar).

• Problem Solving: Run regular progress check-ins, proactively identify bottlenecks, and resolve issues before they impact the deadline.

• Proven Leadership: A confident managerial personality—comfortable leading teams and driving results.

• Experience: Strong background in project management (marketing, agency, operations, or event production backgrounds are all welcome).

• Adaptability: Ability to multitask across multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Technical Savvy: Proficiency in task management software (Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, etc.).

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
