We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with a strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and experimentation to help the team make data-driven decisions. The role focuses on user behavior analysis, opportunity sizing, and evaluating the impact of new messaging features, guiding the team toward informed and effective product strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze user behavior patterns using Python and SQL.
• Provide actionable insights on messaging features to inform product decisions.
• Size opportunities and assess the potential impact of new or enhanced features.

2. Experimentation

• Guide the team on product decisions using data from experiments, following industry best practices.
• Analyze experiment results to evaluate the success of rolled-out features.

3. Strategic Guidance

• Provide long-term strategic recommendations based on data analysis.
• Help prioritize product features and enhancements using data-driven insights.

Requirements

Experience

• 5–7 years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Science roles.

Must-Have Skills & Technologies

• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and visualization (primarily for model support and research; model development and analysis are core responsibilities).
• Strong SQL skills for querying databases and extracting insights.
• Experience in statistical modeling to interpret data and experiment outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of regression analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly explain findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
