Accountabilities
- Create and articulate the product vision and strategic roadmap.
- Continuously evaluate industry trends and customer feedback.
- Serve as the voice of the customer during product decision-making.
- Achieve consensus among stakeholders to prioritize backlog.
- Translate solution ideas into actionable execution plans.
- Drive analysis for buy-build-partner decisions.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements for launches.
- Manage vendor relationships and define deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with legal and brand standards.
- Triage and resolve production incidents collaboratively.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in product management.
- Experience in innovation and development with limited resources.
- Banking experience preferred with a focus on credit risk management.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Competitive salary range of $95,000 - $125,000.
