Role USP: Lead a strategic ‘Lead-to-Cash Optimization Program’ across 5 streams, driving efficiency gains in offer, pricing, contracting, invoicing, controls, and performance management.

🎯 YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Project Manager, you will drive the execution of a multi-stream program focused on optimizing the lead-to-cash process. You ensure ambitious yet achievable milestones are set, resources are mobilized, and progress is tracked systematically. You combine strong project management expertise with leadership and analytical skills to align stakeholders, coach stream leads, and deliver measurable business impact.

📌 WHAT YOU DO

Program Leadership

• Lead 5 streams to optimize efficiency across offer, pricing, contracting, invoicing, controls, and performance management
• Define concrete milestones per stream, including quick wins and medium-term actions
• Align priorities and deliverables with sponsor and steering committee to support fast progress
• Identify and mobilize necessary resources

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Organize workgroups efficiently, involving legal, finance, sales, pricing, contracting, and after-sales
• Maintain stakeholder engagement and structure change management for adoption
• Manage interdependencies and resolve impediments effectively

Performance & Reporting

• Measure financial and operational impact progressively and report to Steerco
• Coach stream leads on project management best practices, including sprint planning, demos, and lean approaches
• Provide domain expertise and recommendations on tools/approaches to accelerate improvements in contracting, pricing, leakage control, and performance management

🫵 YOU

• Minimum 7 years of project and change management experience in complex environments, ideally in a major consulting firm
• Strong project management skills: articulate vision, develop comprehensive plans, clarify priorities, align with sponsors, identify risks and interdependencies, and implement mitigation strategies
• Leadership: inspire and lead diverse teams, communicate effectively across all levels, and influence stakeholders from operational teams to Exco
• Strong analytical skills: identify root causes, generate viable solutions, use data and evidence to drive decisions
• Budgeting & Forecasting: manage project budgets, build business cases, track benefits, monitor financial impacts
• Technical proficiency: project management tools (Microsoft Project, JIRA) and methodologies (Agile, Lean)
• Expertise in process re-engineering tools and best practices
• Adaptability: flexible in adjusting strategies and plans in response to evolving circumstances
