Senior Strategy & Transformation Consultant – Logistics Sector (Brussels)

As a Senior Strategy & Transformation Consultant, you will support top management in defining, challenging, and implementing the company’s strategic roadmap. You will structure complex business challenges, turn data into actionable insights, and help drive alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Structure complex strategic and operational problems into clear workstreams and hypotheses
• Conduct rigorous qualitative and quantitative analysis to support key business decisions
• Build clear, compelling recommendations and storylines for senior management
• Develop senior-ready presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across multiple departments to drive alignment and follow-up on action plans
• Support and challenge leadership on strategic initiatives, from design through to implementation

Your profile:

• 5 to 15 years of experience in management consulting or strategic advisory roles (in-house or consultancy side).
• Proven ability to structure complex problems, run robust analyses, and synthesize insights into practical recommendations.
• Strong analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI; experience with other analytical tools is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to produce senior management-ready presentations and reports.
• Fluent in English and either Dutch or French; fluency in all three languages is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and driving alignment across multiple teams.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with senior leadership.
