We’re looking for a Project Manager who can bring structure, speed, and accountability to complex Shopify projects - someone who protects timelines, keeps teams aligned, and ensures work gets shipped at a high standard.
Your Role
As a Project Manager at DigiFist, you will:
- Own end-to-end delivery of Shopify projects (themes + custom builds)
- Translate business goals into clear tasks, timelines, and priorities
- Manage scope, deadlines, risks, and stakeholder expectations
- Coordinate between Design, Development, and QA
- Ensure tasks are properly defined, tracked, and delivered
- Lead sprint planning, daily follow-ups, and milestone reviews
- Proactively solve blockers and keep momentum high
What We’re Looking For
You have:
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager (digital / web / e-commerce)
- Strong understanding of Shopify projects and development workflows
- A structured mindset: you work with tickets, priorities, and clear definitions of done
- Strong communication skills (clear, direct, professional)
- The ability to push for delivery without creating chaos
- High ownership: you don’t wait, you take responsibility
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a Shopify agency environment
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery
- Experience managing QA and release cycles
- Strong client communication skills (enterprise-level stakeholders)
