Project Manager (Shopify / E-commerce Delivery)

We’re looking for a Project Manager who can bring structure, speed, and accountability to complex Shopify projects - someone who protects timelines, keeps teams aligned, and ensures work gets shipped at a high standard.

Your Role

As a Project Manager at DigiFist, you will:

• Own end-to-end delivery of Shopify projects (themes + custom builds)
• Translate business goals into clear tasks, timelines, and priorities
• Manage scope, deadlines, risks, and stakeholder expectations
• Coordinate between Design, Development, and QA
• Ensure tasks are properly defined, tracked, and delivered
• Lead sprint planning, daily follow-ups, and milestone reviews
• Proactively solve blockers and keep momentum high

What We’re Looking For

You have:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager (digital / web / e-commerce)
• Strong understanding of Shopify projects and development workflows
• A structured mindset: you work with tickets, priorities, and clear definitions of done
• Strong communication skills (clear, direct, professional)
• The ability to push for delivery without creating chaos
• High ownership: you don’t wait, you take responsibility

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a Shopify agency environment
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery
• Experience managing QA and release cycles
• Strong client communication skills (enterprise-level stakeholders)
