Role USP: Drive the development of a new Outbound Delivery offer and Sender Platform by defining a common operating model and supporting tool strategy across Belgian and International entities.


🎯 YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the development of a new Outbound Delivery offer and Sender Platform. You will define a common offer and collaboration model between the Belgian entity and the International entity (Landmark), and drive the roadmap to implement this model. In parallel, you will shape the business case and requirements for the tools and platform needed to support outbound delivery processes.


📌 WHAT YOU DO

Operating Model & Offer Definition

  • Define the common offer and collaboration model between Belgian and International entities (Landmark)
  • Clarify roles and responsibilities across product and carrier management, product management, tools, performance management, issue resolution, contract setup, governance, and financial frameworks
  • Define and drive the roadmap to implement the designed operating model
  • Deliverable: documented operating model including roles, responsibilities, processes, and change plan

Sender Platform & Tooling Strategy

  • Determine needs for tools and platform adaptations to support outbound delivery processes (Sender Platform)
  • Formalize business requirements, timelines, budgets, and scenarios
  • Support buy-or-build decision-making through structured analysis
  • Deliverable: documented business case and requirements for the supporting tool, including a clear decision storyline

Program & Stakeholder Management

  • Identify and mobilize necessary resources and involve the right stakeholders in both model and tool design and implementation
  • Validate priorities and deliverables with sponsor and steering committee to ensure fast progress
  • Structure change management to support stakeholder adoption
  • Manage interdependencies and resolve impediments effectively


🫵 YOU

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project and change management in complex environments, ideally within a large consulting firm
  • Strong project management skills: articulate a vision, develop comprehensive project plans, clarify priorities, align with sponsors and steering committees, and manage risks and interdependencies
  • Proven experience in major transformations, including operating model design and process re-engineering in international environments
  • Extensive experience leading IT projects on the business side, including definition of business needs for tool/platform development in B2B environments (requirements formalization, business architecture, RFI/RFP processes)
  • Leadership skills: ability to inspire and lead diverse teams, with strong communication and influencing skills across operational to Exco levels
  • Adaptability: flexible in adjusting strategies and plans in response to change and feedback
