Team Lead Developer

A new year, a new job? Hurry up! We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Developer to join our growing SaaS company. 

This is a full-time, on-site/hybrid, based in Tallinn, Estonia.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small, agile development team.

• Take ownership of backend development, architecture, and system performance.

• Drive the migration from a monolithic system to microservices.

• Stay hands-on with coding while providing technical leadership.

• Contribute to product direction and development best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software development and leadership experience.

• Strong background in backend development and high-throughput systems.

• Proficiency with Laravel, Node.js, and Go (Golang).

• Solid understanding of software architecture and microservices design.

• Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).

• Startup mindset: proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a small team.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AWS and cloud-based services.

• Experience with serverless applications.

• Interest in AI and its role in SaaS platforms.

• Understanding of logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain systems.
