As a Senior IT Support Specialist, You Will
- Provide advanced technical support to SEB employees across hardware, software, and collaboration tools
- Handle installations, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC) for workplaces and devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with computers, peripherals and meeting room equipment
- Manage configuration changes, warranty repairs, and maintenance for IT hardware and software
- Support Microsoft 365 services and assist users with daily operational questions
- Coordinate logistics for IT equipment, including packaging, transport, and utilization
- Solid experience in IT support, including hardware, software, and workplace technologies
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook)
- Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computers, peripherals, and network equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and follow established procedures
- Good Estonian and English language skills to confidently guide our colleagues through technical steps
