You will join Bonava Business Planning Software upgrade project team to represent Baltic business unit. This is a unique opportunity to be the vital link between our local offices in the Baltic states and the central project team in main office in Stockholm, ensuring our upgraded system meets the diverse needs of our investment management, forecasting, and accounting operations across all markets. The project duration is planned for at least a year and there is a flexibility regarding the employment type.
As the representative for our three local offices, you will ensure that regional business requirements and processes are fully captured and integrated into the project roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary representative for our three local offices (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania) within the Business Planning Software upgrade central project team.
- Gather and document business requirements and process needs from local stakeholders across investment management, finance, and operations.
- Ensure local business requirements are clearly communicated to the central project team and incorporated into the project roadmap.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with local teams to understand current processes and future needs.
- Analyze differences in business processes across offices and identify opportunities for standardization or necessary local adaptations.
- Coordinate communication and change management activities between the project team and local users.
- Participate in testing and validation of system functionality from a local business perspective.
- Support training delivery and user adoption in local offices.
- Maintain project documentation and track local requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills & Requirements
Essential:
- Strong understanding of financial and business processes, particularly in investment management and forecasting.
- Experience in ERP, Financial Planning Software or similar business application upgrade or implementation projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Proven experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Outstanding communication skills with ability to translate between business users and technical teams.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly between Baltic states and Sweden.
Highly reccomended:
- Familiarity with investment management and accounting systems.
- Experience with data integration between ERP systems and other software solutions (e.g., CRM, BI tools, specialized applications).
- Background in real estate, construction, or housing development sectors.
- Experience working in multi-country, cross-cultural environments.
