We're looking for a AI-Native Senior Developer to help us build and grow Horizon, F-Secure's new self-service platform for commercial partners to sell cybersecurity subscriptions. We launched Early Access in December 2024, and now we're scaling from our limited Early Access Program to infinity. As our AI-Native Senior Developer you'll own the implementation of the growth loops, both B2B (partner acquisition and engagement) and B2C (end-customer activation and retention). This means building the systems that show us where to focus, then building the AI-powered tools that multiply our impact. This isn't optimizing an existing funnel, it's building the growth engine from scratch with an AI-native team that ships fast.

Our engineering team uses AI as the default, not an add-on. We build with Claude Code, ship features in days not weeks, and expect you to work the same way. You'll join a small, fast team: 4 engineers building the platform, a 5-person data team focused on analytics, and UX, marketing, and product working closely together. We're based in Helsinki with hybrid work (1-2 days/week in office). Our HQ was renovated in 2025, topped with a rooftop sauna, and a fully equipped gym.

Key Responsibilities In This Role

Wire up full visibility across both growth loops

  • Connect the analytics stack end-to-end
  • Build dashboards that show the complete partner and end-customer journeys
  • Implement UTM attribution from ad click to churned subscription

Build AI-enhanced growth systems

  • AI-powered promotion suggestions for partners
  • Intelligent lifecycle messaging that adapts to behavior
  • Predictive models for churn risk and expansion opportunities
  • Growth recommendations based on partner segment patterns

Scale and automate

  • Growth AI agents that identify and act on opportunities
  • Automated campaign optimization
  • Self-improving personalization systems
  • Marketing attribution AI

What are we looking for?

  • AI-native workflow, you already use LLMs daily to code faster, not as an experiment
  • Full-stack development with React and Node.js
  • B2B2C or partner/channel business experience, and growth engineering background
  • Startup/scale up experience, you know how to move fast and make decisions with incomplete information
  • Marketing technology understanding including SEO, SEM, marketing automation, CDPs, and attribution
  • Analytical mindset: You use data to decide, not just to report
  • Full professional proficiency in English
