We are now looking for a Product Manager to join our growing and supportive team.

You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues, support our customers in improving their energy operations, and contribute to the sustainable transformation of the Nordic and European energy markets.

What you will be doing to make a difference:

You bring solid experience in SaaS product business and go-to-market strategies within an international environment. Knowledge of the energy market sector - particularly Nordic physical energy markets and their processes and systems is a strong advantage, but not a requirement.

In this role, your main responsibilities include:

• Developing product strategy for your product(s), aligned with their current life-cycle stage
• Hands-on prioritisation of development items and tickets within development sprints
• Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to support successful strategy execution
• Preparing and maintaining clear and transparent product roadmaps
• Building strong business cases for new products and the further development of existing ones, based on customer and market needs
• Ensuring products are continuously maintained and kept up to date
• Owning product pricing and contributing to standard price lists
• Monitoring the competitive landscape and relevant industry trends to ensure strong product–market fit and clear value propositions
• Developing deep understanding of your product, its users, and how customers engage with it
• Ensuring sales enablement and product materials are current and support sales teams in engaging and winning customers
• Creating product-related process documentation and contributing to internal training for service delivery and operations teams

What you need to succeed:

• A Bachelor’s, Master’s degree or higher in a technical or commercial field is preferred, but not required
• Experience working with product management processes
• Experience in pricing products or services
• Background working with technology-powered products (e.g. as a product manager, product designer, engineer, analyst, or industry expert)
• Understanding of modern product go-to-market and delivery practices
• A strategic and commercially minded approach
• Ability to collaborate, influence, and engage with stakeholders across functions, including customers and senior leadership
• Curiosity and willingness to learn across multiple business areas such as engineering, design, finance, sales, and marketing
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex topics in a clear, structured, data-informed way
• Ownership mindset and the confidence to take responsibility for outcomes, even when success depends on working through others
