Role: Growth Product Manager (Acquisition)

Salary: up to 80,000 + benefits

Location: Central Berlin - ideally 1-2 times per week in the office but can be flexible on this

We're partnered with a well-established and fast growing FinTech that’s building a brand new Acquisition Tech function for the German market. They’re profitable, scaling fast, and investing heavily in product and data - and this is one of the first hires into a team that will shape how they grow in Germany.

As their Growth Product Manager, you’ll sit across product, growth, experimentation, and data-driven problem solving, helping define how customers discover their offering, understand their options, and move through early acquisition and onboarding.

Who we’re looking for:

✔️ Product management / marketing or growth experience focused on acquisition or onboarding

✔️ Strong analytical instincts and hands-on A/B testing experience

✔️ Familiarity with data-led approaches to prioritising leads & improving early funnel conversion

✔️ Someone who thrives in an ambiguous, build-from-scratch environment
