We are currently looking for a dedicated and motivated Junior Project Manager who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. This position is perfect for individuals who are looking to develop their project management skills and grow within a dynamic environment. In this role, you will work closely with a cross-functional project team and report directly to the Director of Global Quality and Compliance.

Please note that this is a 12-month contract.

What You Will Do

  • PIM Data & Excel Support


Support daily PIM (Product Information Management) data administration by maintaining and validating large Excel files with product attributes and reference data. Build and manage complex formulas, use AI tools to enhance data quality, and identify data gaps or inconsistencies.

  • Data Validation & Quality Control


Apply data governance rules, perform pre-migration checks, and validate outputs during testing cycles. Track all data issues and resolutions in structured logs.

  • Project & Admin Support


Assist the PIM project team with meeting preparation, task tracking, and documentation. Maintain clear project materials such as guidelines, instructions, and change logs.

  • Communication & Stakeholder Support


Coordinate with stakeholders to request missing data, clarify definitions, and follow up on corrections. Escalate risks or blockers to the PIM lead promptly.

What You Should Bring

  • 1–2 years of experience working in a commercial company (e.g. operations, admin, data, supply chain, e-commerce, finance, or similar).
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including: complex formulas, data validation, structured data handling.
  • Ability to use AI tools with Excel (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders.


Nice to Have

  • Basic understanding of: Product data, master data, or ERP/PIM systems, data cleansing or migration projects.
  • Experience working with: Large datasets (thousands of rows, many attributes), cross-functional teams.
  • Interest in data quality, systems, or digital transformation projects.
