Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Frontend-Leaning)

We're working with a very early-stage, product-led startup in Dublin that is building a new platform in the AI space. The company is small, founder-led, and already live with customers. They are now adding to their founding engineering team and are looking for a frontend-leaning full-stack engineer to help shape the core product.

This is a true hands-on role for someone who enjoys owning features end-to-end, working closely with founders, and building in a fast-moving, low-process environment.

Tech Stack

• Frontend: React, TypeScript, Next.js

• Backend: Node.js, APIs (REST / gRPC)

• Data: Postgres

• Cloud / Infra: Modern cloud-native stack

• Some services and data pipelines moving toward Python over time

What You'll Be Doing

• Owning and building core product features end-to-end

• Leading on frontend architecture, UX, performance and state management

• Working across the stack with APIs, data flows and backend services

• Helping shape how AI-driven capabilities are surfaced in the product

• Collaborating directly with founders and a small senior engineering team

What They're Looking For

• Senior-level full-stack engineer with a strong frontend bias

• Deep experience with React and modern TypeScript

• Comfortable designing and building complex, data-heavy UIs

• Solid backend fundamentals (Node.js, APIs, databases)

• Experience in startups or fast-moving product teams is essential

• Someone who enjoys ownership, ambiguity and building from scratch

• Happy working predominantly onsite as part of a tight, in-room team
