We are seeking to appoint a Cybersecurity Risk Analyst on a full-time permanent basis. This appointment at AOI grade will report to the Cybersecurity Manager within IT Services.
The Cybersecurity Risk and Security Analyst will play a key role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to University information systems and digital assets. The core purpose of this role is to ensure that technology systems and processes are secure, compliant, and resilient against cyber threats by analysing technical risks. The role will recommend mitigations, monitor controls and inform policies, procedures, control developments and implementations. This role will be part of the Cybersecurity Team and will work alongside other specialist in the Team and across IT Services and will work with areas across the wider University as required.
Administrative Officer I (2025) Salary Scale: €59,220– €84,494 p.a. (9 points)
Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.
