Why This Role?

This isn’t about herding JIRA tickets, it’s a hands-on delivery role where you’ll actually shape how complex insurance data projects get done. You’ll work across multiple teams, drive delivery, keep stakeholders aligned, and make sure the moving parts don’t fall apart mid-flight.

It’s a solid gig for someone who’s worked in insurance and wants more control over delivery, not just reporting on it.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage multi-team data projects across engineering, analytics, and business units.
• Track requirements and keep delivery on course.
• Own RAID logs, spot risks before they land, and keep stakeholders in the loop.
• Work closely with business and tech teams to make sure what’s built actually matches what’s needed.
• Report directly into the Data Lead with real visibility on impact.

What They’re Looking For

• 5+ years of project management experience in insurance (P&C a big plus)
• Strong understanding of claims workflows and data systems
• Comfortable managing multiple data streams and aligning delivery with business goals
• Solid grasp of Agile and Waterfall
• Confident with tools like Jira, Rally, or MS Project
• Good communicator who doesn’t sugar-coat problems
