AI/ML Engineer

We are looking for a passionate and motivated AI/ML Engineer ready to design and develop advanced AI solutions that tackle real-world, complex problems.

What you will do

• Design and implement AI models to solve concrete business challenges
• Fine-tune LLMs (LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon) for specific tasks
• Build and manage efficient data pipelines for training and inference
• Develop scalable strategies for deploying models into production
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create AI-driven applications
• Monitor model performance and optimize accuracy and efficiency
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and model optimization

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/ML systems
• Strong knowledge of Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience with transformer models and LLMs
• Knowledge of model optimization techniques (quantization, pruning, distillation)
• Experience with MLOps and production deployment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in AI, ML, or related fields
• Experience with Vision-Language Models (VLMs) or multimodal AI
• Knowledge of embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and RAG techniques
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Experience in industrial environments or complex, real-world projects
