Your expertise will guide the creation of domain-specific annotated datasets that adhere to the highest standards. You will review and improve design outputs, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations. This position will require your deep knowledge of design principles and strong communication skills to foster collaboration and improvement.

Accountabilities
- Define domain-specific quality success metrics.
- Develop project-specific SOPs and QA rubrics.
- Review project outputs against technical standards.
- Perform structured QA passes on design deliverables.
- Return files to contractors with precise remediation notes.
- Provide advisory input on design tools and workflows.
- Handle spec changes and edge-case scenarios.
- Curate example libraries of design assets.
- Participate in vetting and assessing technical contractor talent.
- Review sample work from contractors and provide feedback.
- Create targeted training or calibration resources.
- Advise on technical scoping and project requirements.
- Contribute to post-project reviews for improvement.
- Identify client model observations and insights.
- Build dashboards or trackers to surface production insights.
- Conduct post-mortems and propose process improvements.
- Bachelor of design.
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Mastery of design principles and visual communication.
- Expert proficiency with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch).
- Proven ability to maintain high technical standards.
- Strong communication skills for technical guidance.
- Experience producing technical documentation and training resources.
- Ability to work within fixed project timelines.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Pay range of $25 to $100 per hour.
