What You’ll Do

• Lead the frontend development lifecycle of WebRTC/VoIP-based real-time call center SaaS designed for high loads, from architecture to deployment, using Vue 3, TypeScript, Vite, and Tailwind.
• Build and optimize over 400 domains and landing pages, ensuring Core Web Vitals excellence.
• Tackle ad-hoc frontend tasks like forms, A/B testing, and UX enhancements, including a new Nuxt.js-based form-editing solution.
• Contribute to CMS site runner.
• Drive innovation by adopting cutting-edge technologies to enhance user experience and performance.
• Mentor junior developers, enforce best practices, and maintain clean, scalable code through rigorous testing and reviews.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend engineers (handling 15-25k requests/min at peak), and stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of frontend development experience with expertise in Vue 3, TypeScript, Nuxt.js, or similar modern frameworks.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and a passion for creating user-friendly, visually compelling interfaces.
• Proven ability to optimize for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges and solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively.

Salary range: €3636–€5888 gross
