We’re looking for a QA specialist to join our growing team.

We work closely with our clients and each other, keeping communication clear and aligned from start to finish. Everything we ship meets production-grade standards and is built to be genuinely enjoyed by its users.


Requirements & skills:

  • At least 2-3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing methodologies
  • Strong logical reasoning abilities with deep understanding of business processes, user needs, and customer requirements. Ability to translate business objectives into comprehensive test scenarios and identify potential impacts across interconnected systems.
  • Exceptional ability to anticipate and identify edge cases, system limits, and uncommon user scenarios during early development phases. Skilled at "thinking like a user" to uncover potential issues before they reach production.
  • Proficiency in manual testing techniques including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing
  • Strong understanding of API testing using tools like Postman, or similar platforms
  • Native iOS and Android app testing experience, including device compatibility and platform-specific guidelines
  • Familiarity with CRM workflows, business management processes, and enterprise software requirements
  • Interest in new technology, AI, LLMs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for test documentation, bug reporting, and cross-team collaboration


Hiring process:

  • Application Review. We’ll contact shortlisted candidates to schedule a first-round interview
  • Initial Interview. The first interview will be conducted by our HR team member and will focus on understanding your background, motivation for applying and clarify any questions about the role
  • Technical Interview. The second interview with the hiring manager will be focused on your technical skills. This could include case study, problem-solving questions
  • Final Interview. The final interview with the hiring manager involves deeper discussions around team dynamics, long-term alignment, and cultural fit
  • Offer & Onboarding. If selected, we will extend a job offer with details on compensation and next steps

The salary ranges from €2000 to €4000 gross depending on experience. Candidates with exceptional experience may be considered for a higher package.
