We are seeking a Export Project Manager to take ownership of our bulk food ingredient business, manage international sales, and drive strategic growth in key export markets, with initial support from a sales team.


Key Responsibilities


- Take full ownership of the bulk ingredient segment, including all operational and sales activities.

- Develop and execute export and market strategies to maximize growth opportunities in target regions.

- Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with new and key international clients.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets in assigned export markets.

- Monitor market trends, including pricing, competitor activity, product innovations, distribution channels, delivery schedules, and shelf-life requirements.

- Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.

- Prepare and implement export strategies and detailed sales plans.

- Analyze competitive landscapes and provide market insights to support strategic decisions.

- Coordinate sales activities across multiple markets in collaboration with international partners and colleagues.

- Manage the full sales cycle efficiently - from initial inquiry to final agreement and contract execution.

- Work closely with production, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

- Coordinate and manage North American export projects, ensuring all KPIs and metrics are tracked and achieved.

- Act as the primary point of contact for bulk clients, from initial inquiry to delivery and post-sales support.


Requirements


- Fluent English (written and spoken).

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in food ingredient sales, bulk distribution, or project management within the food industry.

- Proven experience managing bulk sales or export projects, with full ownership from inquiry to delivery.

- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to make independent decisions.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Results-oriented with ability to coordinate across teams and ensure operational excellence.

- High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.

- Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
