Your role at Hostinger
CRM Product Owner in the Partnerships team. As part of Hostinger's Partnerships team, you'll be responsible for managing CRM and related systems to scale and streamline Partnership team processes. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Influencers, Affiliates, Analytics and other supporting teams.

Your role at Hostinger
CRM Product Owner in the Partnerships team. As part of Hostinger's Partnerships team, you'll be responsible for managing CRM and related systems to scale and streamline Partnership team processes. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Influencers, Affiliates, Analytics and other supporting teams.

Your day-to-day
- Implementation of new processes in the CRM
- Integration of new tools with the CRM (e.g., email automation, video recording tools)
- Workflow automation using built-in CRM functionality
- CRM hygiene (duplicate cleanup, creation of key identifiers, etc.)
- Support for the Partnerships team through CRM usage (trainings on how to use the CRM, support for onboarding new users, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Hubspot or similar CRM technologies
- Experience building automated workflows to streamline CRM processes
- Experience with key Agile/Scrum practices and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong documentation and training capabilities
