As part of our global chapter of analysts, you will collaborate with experts in national sector solutions, internally developed security platforms, and app-based authentication systems. Together, we drive initiatives with impact across teams and products, fostering innovation and excellence.
Your daily work will be within the Security Apps squad, partnering with the Product Owner and developers, bringing domain expertise, sharp analysis and strong stakeholder management. Your work will have a direct impact on customer experience and satisfaction as you turn feedback into meaningful improvements. You will work within the Channels Corporates Tribe (:200 colleagues across six locations).

You will
- Actively contribute to agile ceremonies
- Gather business requirements and translate them into manageable tasks
- Provide domain expertise to colleagues and key stakeholders
- Analyze process gaps, risk exposure, and market or regulatory inputs
- Contribute to documentation, testing, process mapping, and related analytical activities
- Have 2–5 years of business analyst experience
- Have worked in an agile development environment
- Are comfortable driving process and product improvements
- Are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to driving continuous improvement
- Collaborate well across diverse roles, skills, and personalities
- Have strong English skills (written and spoken)
Monthly salary range from 2880 EUR to 4320 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).

Your job function (position) in the job contract will be Analyst – Business. From 1 April 2026 it will be renamed to Technology Business Solutions under our new job architecture, with no impact on the role or responsibilities.
