Information About The Position
As a Project Manager at Vinted Go, you will lead initiatives within the Recommerce business stream, with a strong focus on project planning, execution, and delivery. Your role will center on turning ideas into well-defined, executable projects and ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and against agreed objectives.
You will work within the Vinted Go Strategic Programs & Business Development function (Team Trailblazers), collaborating closely with Product, Operations, Network, Finance, Legal, Customer Support, and external partners.

The salary range for this position is € 3,280 - € 3,915 gross per month.

You will work within the Vinted Go Strategic Programs & Business Development function (Team Trailblazers), collaborating closely with Product, Operations, Network, Finance, Legal, Customer Support, and external partners.
In this position, you’ll
- Drive loosely defined initiatives into clear, well-structured projects with defined scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Own project planning and execution, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and resourcing.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Operations, Customer Support, DSA, Legal, and Finance to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
- Oversee the scoping and launch of pilots and coordinate phased rollouts to scale successful initiatives.
- Define success metrics, track progress, and report on delivery status and outcomes.
- Monitor project performance against objectives and proactively address risks, delays, or scope changes.
- Support external partner coordination, including onboarding, alignment, and delivery tracking.
- Proven experience in project or program management in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Strong planning, organizational, and execution skills across multiple parallel initiatives.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear plans and actionable steps.
- Track record of managing multiple stakeholders and driving alignment without formal authority.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to track performance and use data to guide decisions.
- Experience working with business cases, forecasts, or delivery metrics is a plus.
- Clear, structured communication and stakeholder reporting skills.
- Comfortable navigating change, ambiguity, and evolving priorities.
- Experience in business development or commercial environments is considered an advantage.
